Terms and Conditions for Vasantham Events

Welcome to Vasantham Events. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and the services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Vasantham Events specializes in event equipment rental and comprehensive party services. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Event equipment rental (tables, chairs, linens, etc.)
• Party planning support and consultation
• Dance floor installations
• DJ set setups and equipment
• Themed props rental
• Seasonal decoration design and implementation
• Lighting and sound systems rental and setup

2. Rental Agreement and Booking

All rental of equipment and booking of services are subject to availability and a separate rental agreement or service contract provided by Vasantham Events. This agreement will detail specific items, rental periods, delivery and pickup schedules, payment terms, and responsibilities of both parties. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing for our services and equipment rentals will be provided in a detailed quote. All payments are due as per the schedule outlined in your rental agreement or service contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services or additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of services or equipment rentals must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period provided. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your individual rental agreement or service contract.

5. Equipment Care and Responsibility

The client is responsible for the care and condition of all rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear beyond normal use will be charged to the client at replacement or repair cost. Specific instructions for equipment handling and usage will be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vasantham Events will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
